PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Domestic rice flour can successfully replace of 50~80%wheat flour in baking rice bread or desserts. Recipes have been developed for reference. Domestic corn flour is used to develop foods such as tortilla and corn noodle. Burdock is used to develop health foods such as burdock sugar, burdock ginseng, and burdock essence noodles. The technology of biotin extraction from lotus placenta has been patented and transferred to industry.
